- We offer FREE INDIA SHIPPING for all orders deliverable within India.
- For international orders above 300 USD, we offer free shipping.
- For international shipping, charges depend on the item’s volume and weight, as calculated by our logistics partners.
- We deliver via trusted logistics agencies across India and overseas.
- Every order is bespoke and delivered within a timeframe of 4 to 8 weeks (working days for our skilled artisan team).
- Multiple orders from the same customer may be dispatched together if placed within a short time frame.
- In case of any service disruption beyond our control, we will keep you informed. We will make every effort to deliver within the best possible timeframe.
- International deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers may need to pay additional import duties and taxes as per their country’s regulations. We are not responsible for these charges. If such payments are not completed, we will not be liable for refunds.
Returns & Exchange
At SHUNYAA DESIGNS every order is individually crafted as per size and fit made available to us. Each and every item is hand embroidered and hand painted to perfection for the best moments of your lives. All our creations are custom handmade by skilled artists all being the torch bearers of exclusive artistry and precision craftsmanship of their craft and their grassroot lineage of Indian heritage.
Since none of our orders are as per retail sizes, rather customised to your specifications, hence we have a strict NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE Policy. This applies to all of our creations whether ordered at store or digitally.
Moreover our team takes utmost care of review and quality checks before dispatch.
In the rare event of a misplaced delivery, wherein you received the wrong product of design or color, our dedicated team shall ensure to review and at its sole discretion determine the just and appropriate solution. In such a scenario, please write to contact@shunyaa.online and provide the necessary:
- Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery via email.
- Please provide us the unedited box opening video.
- Wait for ‘Return Accepted’ email from our end and help us resolve.
- Once we request you to return, we must receive the original packing.
- Please do not return until our team completes the assessment.
- You need to pay for the necessary courier charges and/or duties/taxes if applicable for returning the merchandise.
We shall ofcourse issue a full refund if any particular fabric becomes unavailable from the handloom weavers or doesn’t match to our quality parameters. We never compromise the trust of our patrons and goodwill of our brand. Such intimations if any will be provided within a week’s time of your order placement. In the event of you deciding to order some other design, the amount of the alternatives must sum up to the value of your paid transaction or more. If the value is less you shall be offered an opportunity of a credit note valid for 180 days from the said transaction.
