2. Is there any physical store of Shunyaa Designs?

Yes, we have our physical store in Salt Lake, Kolkata. You are welcome to visit and experience the diverse spread of our handcrafted collections. But if you are unable don’t lose heart, technology bridges the gap of time and distance. Your order even if placed from a distance goes through the same skilled handed of artisans and weavers to decorate your precious moments with pride from the roots of our heritage.

3. Is shipping available in my country?

We ship globally through our trusted logistic partners. We wish to be at your doorstep for a seamless experience but few geographies would be out of bounds. We are unable to serve Bangladesh, Pakistan and wherever logistic services are suspended due to insurgencies or natural calamities

4. How much will I be charged for shipping?

We offer FREE deliveries all over India. Overseas deliveries worth 300 USD and more will not be chargeable, for the rest charges is a function of weight and volumetric as calculated by international freight agencies. You shall be accordingly guided while you proceed for checkout.

5. What are the payment methods available?

You can choose from the following modes of payments:

  • All Indian Debit and Credit Cards
  • All International Debit and Credit Cards
  • Indian Bank online transfer IMPS/NEFT
  • Store Credit (if issued to you)
6. Can I change/cancel or update my order?

At Shunyaa every order is bespoke and made to order, involving precision and skilful artistry of craftsmanship. No, you cannot cancel or change or update your order. Once the order has been placed, it is forwarded to the production team where the process starts immediately. We follow a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy.

7. Can I customise the garment?

Please note the customizations are meant for a custom fit. We do not make changes to the design and structure of the garment. You are still welcome to write to us with your preferences contact@shunyaa.online .

8. How can I track my order?

To track your order kindly register yourself with your email and phone number (preferably whatsapp enabled but not mandated). Once your order is shipped, we will share the dispatch/tracking details for your reference which you can track on our courier partner’s website.

9. Do I have to pay additional customs/taxes?

There are no additional payments required for Indian deliveries. For international orders, the courier charges are calculated at checkout for your payment. Please remember Shunyaa Designs ships as per Delivery Duty Unpaid mode. Hence in some scenario and in certain countries there may be a levy of customs/taxes etc which need to be paid by you as per law of land. Read in detail Shipping policy.

10. What happens if a design I chosen is out of stock?

If you are interested in buying a product that is out of stock on the website, please mail or call us and we can notify you once the product is available for order again.

11. Is my personal information secure?

Yes, any information you share is end to end secured on our website

12. Can I alter my garment after purchase?

Yes, minor alterations are possible as per size extension, but only to reasonable extent and make sure be done from a certified tailoring entity if not from our store.

13. I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?

Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order.

14. My transaction failed, I received payment gateway error message, please help

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, this could be due to a technical glitch. Please try again later. In case the problem persists and amount has been debited kindly get in touch with your banking partner.
